How we work

Method

Four stages of an assignment

The same sequence applies to an industrial project, a geothermal development, a feasibility study or a partnership. The depth of each stage depends on the project.

  1. 1

    Scoping

Every assignment starts with the decision the client has to make. We record the objectives, the timing, the budget limits, the site constraints and the people who sign off, before any further study or supplier is added.

  2. 2

    Stakeholder mapping

Owner, operator, engineering firm, supplier, authority: each party is listed with its role, its contact and the information it needs. Gaps and overlaps become visible early.

  3. 3

    Resource planning

We assess what the assignment actually requires, then plan and coordinate the providers, equipment and personnel around that plan. Execution stays with the qualified providers.

  4. 4

    Monitoring and reporting

During implementation we follow progress, late inputs and conflicting documents. The client receives a clear view of what is complete, what is blocked and what needs a decision.
